Remember that "no pain no gain" does NOT equal fat loss!  

If you are doing 300 leg lifts a day trying to get rid of thigh fat, thinking, "Oh boy I must really be burning up my leg fat!" you will only end up with big, strong, and fat legs. Muscle "burn" indicates increased glucose expenditure, not fat expenditure. Your best approach is to mix aerobic exercise for fat loss with resistance training exercises to make your legs more shapely.
